Mission
The SSI Club aims to create a well-thought-out group for ideating, breaking, building and executing a Safe Super Intelligence (SSI) ecosystem. While the world is focused on building AGI, the real adoption and use of ‘AI’ happens only when it is acceptable by all stakeholders, explainable, stable and reliable. Otherwise, it seriously limits the usability and won't be deployed to its full potential.
This group is created with the vision to bring Enterprises, Academia, VCs and the Developer community to contribute to creating the SSI.

Start-up ideas
Generate ideas around AI and SSI that are fundable and validate them during hackathons and paper presentations.
Research grants
Get grants and academic collaborations for ideas that needs resources (hardware, talent and tools).
Implementations
Solve the real world challenges and get a chance to work with enterprises on implementing the selected architectures.
Research papers
Writing or Co-write research papers with the fellow members.

Members will have a chance to connect with corporates for internships or job.
Opensource contributions
Members will collaborate and contribute to opensource efforts either on tools, algorithms, attacks etc.
Compute credits & goodies
Members will get free compute credits from AryaXAI and exclusive access to product updates. In addition to this, members will also get goodies from time to time.

Welcome to our first meetup of SSI Club. We will have a paper presentation from an expert followed with a hackathon problem 'Designing a production readh ML for mission-critical 'AI''. This is a hand-on hackathon starting with a workshop on a case study on the complexities when deploying ML in enterprises, configuring key ML observability components like Explainability, Monitoring, Risk etc.
For this hackathon, we will use AryaXAI, the ML observability tool.

The theme for each meetup can be mix of hackathons, paper presentations, panel discussion, workshops, idea pitch etc. It'll be decided the committee basis on the feedback and availability of resources. The theme and agenda will be announced along with the time and location of the meetup.
The more important benefits are - exclusive access to hackathons on real enterprise problems, VC connects for your ideas, research collaborations with universities or corporates, Co-publishing papers, collaborations on opensource projects and more.
In addition to this, you'll also get other exclusive benefits like Credits from AryaXAI (post launch) and other goodies too. Some benefits may be limited to certain geographies only based on the parnters.
If you are a student, practitioner, academician and researcher working or using 'AI', then you are welcome to apply to the SSI Club. We wanted to ensure the members have strong background around one of these areas to get shortlisted for the SSI Club.
It'll be a mix of online and offline. We will have members across geographies like Singapore, India, London and the US. Basis on the event location and time, the members can join either online or physically.

We are 'AI' enthusiasts starting this club to give enough momentum around Safe Superintelligence. The club is not part of any legal entity. In future, we may change structure and notify the members accordingly.
